Melissa approached me about managing my property, I have had a very bad experience with my former agent and was left to deal direct with the tenant which is not what I wanted. Melissa assured me she would offer a bespoke service where I told her exactly what kind of landlord I wanted to be (hands off) and she wrote my agreement and fees based on that. I was happy with the agreement and price (she gave more and still came out cheaper). So far so good, Clews & Co have managed my tenant and all minor repairs have been done within our agreement without bothering me.
